ARTSAKH LIFE

Artsakh Life is a social housing construction program developed and launched by Project Manager Housing, a company that manages the entire private-home construction process. Through this program, PMH offers people displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh the opportunity to acquire private homes on preferential terms and a comprehensive package of services—from obtaining Armenian citizenship to purchasing land and supervising construction. The company’s specialists therefore take responsibility for all legal, technical, and administrative oversight throughout the process.

To implement the program, Project Manager Housing held an internal selection process among construction companies. Yerevan Line was selected after submitting the most reliable and credible proposal. Project Manager Housing will supervise its work and manage the correction of any non-conformities.

The insurance company INGO Armenia is also involved in Artsakh Life as a partner. The homes whose construction is supervised by Project Manager Housing will be insured by INGO Armenia. One year of insurance is mandatory so that financial compensation is available for construction-related and cosmetic damage caused by possible future risks.

PMH plans to build 500–1,000 private homes across Armenia’s regions. At least three months will be allocated to the program’s awareness campaign. The deadline for completing construction is December 30, 2027.

The main objective of Artsakh Life is to provide dignified, safe, and stable housing for families displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh through the efficient and targeted use of certificates provided by the state.
