1. Who processes the data

The organization responsible for data processing is PMH LLC (PMH), address: King Pap st. 4/4. The policy pertains to pmh.am website, the functions of the website's customer and service provider, as well as the PMH mobile application.

2. What data we can process

• Account and contact data: name, surname, email address, phone number, company name, and account identifier.
• Project data: name of the house or construction project, address, phases, statuses, notes, and preferred offers.
• User content: comments, photos, documents, and other attachments that you send to PMH.
• Application and reservation data: contact requests, service provider registration data, and the data necessary for the selected program or land reservation.
• Device and technical data: IP address, type of browser or device, operating system, query times, error and security logs.
• Notification data: Expo push token, device platform, and notification read status.
• Website usage data: page views and performance measurements via Vercel Analytics, as well as chat local history if you are using the PMH assistant.

We do not ask for full bank card details, passwords, passport copies, or other unnecessary sensitive data in assistant chats or free text fields.

3. How we obtain the data

We obtain data directly from you, from PMH employees while servicing the customer project, from your chosen service providers, as well as from automated technical logs of the website, application, hosting, and security systems.

4. For what purposes we use the data

• to create, identify, and protect access to the account,
• to display the progress of the construction project, published updates, documents, and offers,
• to process the photos, notes, applications, and inquiries you send,
• to send important project and security notifications,
• to provide support and resolve issues,
• to prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse of the service,
• to improve the reliability, availability, and user experience of the service,
• to fulfill legal and contractual obligations.

5. Legal bases for processing

We process data to perform the service or contract, to take steps at your request, to protect the legitimate interests of PMH and users, to fulfill legal obligations, or based on your consent under applicable law. When processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the legality of processing carried out before that.

6. Who may receive the data

Access to the data may be granted to authorized employees of PMH and those partners whose participation is necessary for your project or inquiry. For technical services, we may use, among others, Supabase's ( authentication, database, storage, and realtime), Vercel's ( hosting and analytics), Expo's and Apple's ( application distribution and push notifications) services.

When viewing YouTube content or opening external links like Telegram, WhatsApp, and others, the respective service may process data according to its policy. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising tracking SDK.

7. International transfers

Our technical providers' servers may be located outside of Armenia. In that case, data transfer is carried out based on applicable protective measures and the provider's contractual obligations.

8. Retention periods

We retain data for as long as necessary to service the account and project, resolve inquiries, fulfill contractual or accounting obligations, settle disputes, and maintain security records. The retention period depends on the type of data and legal requirements. When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized, except in cases where the law requires longer retention.

9. Your rights and account deletion

Within the limits of applicable law, you may request access to your data, its correction, transfer, restriction of processing, objection, or deletion. Account deletion includes the removal of the account and any personal data that we are not required to retain by law or under an active contractual obligation. Data subject to retention is isolated and used only for the relevant legal purpose.

10. Device permissions and choices

• Camera and photo permissions are required only when selecting or taking a construction photo.
• Push notifications are optional and can be turned off in the device settings.
• The site's local storage and cookies may be used to retain access, security status, and assistant chat history.

11. Security

We implement organizational and technical measures for access control, HTTPS communication, limited access, and secure token retention. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and report any suspicious access immediately.

12. Children's data

The site and application are not intended for independent use by minors. If you believe that a minor's data has been submitted without proper legal basis, please contact us.

13. Changes

We may update the policy when services or legal requirements change. The new version will be published on this page, indicating the date of the last update. In the case of significant changes, we may provide additional notice on the site, in the application, or through the contact information you provided.
