1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms are concluded between you and PMH LLC. By using the site or application, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the account and project functionalities.

2. Purpose of the Service

PMH platform helps clients view their construction projects, progress, published updates, documents, offers from partners or service providers, and important notifications. The site may also accept applications for contact, service provider registration, or program participation.

The data displayed on the platform is for informational and management purposes. The contracts signed by PMH, the client, and third parties, approved estimates, and official documents take precedence over the summary information displayed in the application or on the site.

3. Account and Access Security

• You must provide accurate information and notify PMH if it changes.
• You are obliged to keep your password, access link, card, or other identification means confidential.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account to the extent that they were performed with your permission or as a result of your failure to comply with security requirements.
• In case of suspicious access, lost card, or device, immediately contact PMH.

PMH may deny or suspend access if the account does not meet the intended role for the client, there is a security risk, a legal requirement, or a breach of terms.

4. Acceptable Use

It is not allowed to:

• access another person's account or bypass access restrictions,
• download, distribute, or attempt to disclose another client's or partner's protected data,
• upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or material that infringes on third-party rights,
• disrupt the service, perform automated bulk queries, reverse engineering, or security testing without written permission,
• use the platform for fraud, threats, or any illegal purpose.

5. Your Submitted Materials

You retain your rights to your photos, comments, and other materials. By submitting them, you grant PMH a non-exclusive right to store, process, and display the material to the extent necessary to service your project, provide support, and fulfill contractual obligations.

You confirm that you have the right to provide the material and that it does not violate the privacy, copyright, or other rights of any third party.

6. Service Provider Offers

The offer, price, deadline, or preference indicated on the platform is not itself a final contract or PMH guarantee. The final choice, confirmation, volume, and payments are determined by the relevant contract or PMH official approval.

7. Third-Party Services

The site and application may open maps, videos, messaging services, links to signed files, or other third-party services. Their availability and terms are controlled by the respective provider. PMH is not responsible for the terms of individual third-party services or temporary unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

The PMH name, logo, website and application design, texts, source code, and materials created by PMH are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Access and Changes

We strive to maintain the secure and continuous operation of the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, corrections, security updates, or change functionalities. We will notify you through the appropriate channel of significant changes if possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PMH is not liable for any indirect damages, device or connection failures, third-party services, or for the consequences of providing incorrect, delayed, or unauthorized data by the user. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law or by a separately signed agreement with PMH.

11. Account Termination and Deletion

You may terminate your use of the service and request account deletion by calling +374 55 549 000 or by writing to info@pmh.am. Details regarding deletion and retention are provided in Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law

The laws of the Republic of Armenia apply to the terms. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable law.

13. Changes to the Terms and Contact
